CUBE Inbound Calls time out instead of going to Hunt Pilot

Hi, I have created a new CUCM lab and im trying to get inbound calls from a SIP provider to go to a test hunt pilot i made in CUCM with directory number 666

 

When i ring the hunt pilot number internally the phones ring however any calls to the DID i got for testing just time out. 

 

Based on my config below i expect incoming calls from the DID to get translated to the hunt pilot number and get ported back to CUCM and then to the phones but this is not happening.


Can anyone suggest what beginners mistake im making ?

Hello,

If I have understood correctly, your requirement is when calls come in from SIP provider to the number "12768008501", it should get translated to "666" on GW, get routed towards CUCM and the Hunt group members should ring.

Can you make the below config change on the dial-peers and check.
dial-peer voice 2002 voip
no translation-profile incoming Callbacks

dial-peer voice 2003 voip
translation-profile outgoing Callbacks
destination-pattern 12768008501

That translation looks ok to me. Post debug ccsip messages, it could be inbound CSS on CUCM not correct, or maybe service provider is sending 10 digits instead of 11.
