Hello,
I can only manage to configure the media flow around command under a dial-peer.
Router(config-dial-peer)#media ?
flow-around The media is to flow around the gateway
flow-through The media is to flow through the gateway
forking Enable media forking
I wish to configure this command under Voice Service Voip
Router(conf-voi-serv)#media ?
anti-trombone Media Anti-trombone
forking Enable media forking
transcoder Media transcoding functionality
Do I just have to enable it under each dial-peer then?
I have enabled 'mode border element' and reloaded.
Thanks
Felix

Hi Felix,
In Cisco IOS Release 15.1(3)T, support for the Configured Delayed-Offer to Early-Offer Media Flow-Around feature at the global and dial-peer level was introduced.
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/voice/cube/configuration/guide/vb-gw-sipsip.html#wp1392896
Looks like you forgot to add "allow-connections sip to sip" under voice service voip. Once you add this, you should have the option to configure this globally.
HTH.
Regards,
Harmit.
