Hi,
i have 2901 as CUBE for ZTE PBX in local and use SIP trunk SBC to provider.
i followed guidance for CUBE, i still cannot do incoming or outgoing via CUBE, the situatuions are :
1. ip phone extentio 157 call to outside use prefix 9
2. hunt number from provider is 5722000
3. i did debug ccsip messages, and i got that from PBX has sent sip messages to CUBE, and CUBE has sent sip messages to SBC.
i attached the 2901 config, please advise

Looking at your incoming call, your provider sends an invite with G711alaw only. Your dialpeer is set to use g711ulaw only, hence the "488 unaceptable media" notification.
can you change the codec to allow g711alaw as well?

That debug shows a 480 temporarily unavailable, so you are now allowing G711.
That 480 indicates an issue with the extension itself, coming from 10.27.0.101

the initial invite tries to call 914000 (from 172.16.0.252).
do you have an extension 14000? are your calling search spaces set correctly?

the 14000 is outside number not extension, and 10.27.0.101 is SIP trunk ip.

10.27.0.101 is provider side, i've tried the link (i use laptop and connect utp to provider device and use the ip) i use softphone, register to SBC and get number so i can make call using those link (basically this is indicates the SBC is working well).
so you think my config on CUBE is correct ?

well the 480 temporarily unavailable comes from your service provider, when you present 14000. I would talk to them and ask why they dont like that number.,

thanks for your excelent help, but i tried call another number still failed, i think outgoing call is still cannot be made.

definitely get onto your service provider and ask them what the expect you to send in terms of DN's.
until then, its everyone;s guess what the problem is,

Have you registered the CUBE usig sip-ua commands.
Below is an example i used
sip-ua

thanks for your idea, but this is sip trunk not client register, and previously its work wihtout sip-ua.

Hi all,
thanks for your help, i will remember to put star on all of you.
now i can do outgoing call, the problem is the calling number need to be translated, and now its worked.
but i still cannot incoming call, the problem is same, the called number need to be translated, i created translation rule and profile for calling and called number, for outgoing fine, but for incoming it looks like the dial peer won't execute translation profile.
i have checked on pbx, grap some wireshark, and found that CUBE sent request cancel.
please advise
