Hi All,
We are working with a new SIP provider and they have told us that in order to send the correct caller ID we need to send the call to them using a different SIP username/password, basically another SIP account. This account does not need to be registered we just need to send the details with the outgoing call.
I have a SIP-UA configured for incoming and outgoing calling but want to know if it is possible to send a different username and password via a different dial peer that would need to match based on the ANI.
Thanks in advance.

If you have relatively new IOS version you can send different credentials by adding it to the dial peer configuration that points to this destination.

Hi Chris,
is that with the 'authentication username' command under the dial-peer?
Thanks
