Hi Guys,
I am trying change any parameters in User profile and I am receiving the message:
"
Access to the requested resource has been denied.
The attempted action was a violation of security protocols and will not be allowed. Please try another action."
Any have idea about this?

Do you have two windows open for the same appliance? Possibly doing a stare and compare? What happens when you press "Save" immediately after getting that message? In most cases it'll accept the changes and say "Operation Successful"

I did test with one browser open and the same problem occur.

Just one browser or one browser tab? Close out of all your browsers and open just one window. Log into your CUC with an administrative account not used by anyone else. Try and make the change then and if you get that same error please click save again right after.

I used only one browser (close the all windows) and remain the problem. I didn´t understand connect in CUCM and change what?
