CUC SIP integration with CUCM

Hello,

I am setting up a SIP integration for CUC with CUCM. When I am calling an extension internally, instead of hearing the prompt "Sorry Extension not available" I am getting the greeting of my extension " Extension 'My Extension' Enter you PIN" and after that it gives me option to send a message by pressing 2 and other options. Everything else is working fine, like MWI, leaving a message to an extension by pressing 2 and all other options. Voicemail users are created and device-user associations are done, with marking primary extension and CCM End user role specified as well. Is there any specific setting I am missing in this version of CUC9/CUCM9

Mohamed,

Go to the SIP trunk associated with your CUC nodes and check the following parameters:

Redirecting Diversion Header Delivery - Inbound

Redirecting Diversion Header Delivery - Outbound

Ensure both options are checked. If you had to modify one or both options then save the config and reset the SIP trunk.

The one that may be unchecked is the Outbound parameter. But both should be selected.
