Hello,
I seem to be missing something. I have a call that shows up as originating from a Unity port to a DN. I want to forward that call to an external number but the call always ends up in the user's Unity VM even though on CUCM the "Forward all" is on. Can someone tell me what I might be missing?

Did you test the forward by calling the forwarded extension from another IP phone?
Can you attach the CallManager traces for one of these calls?

If I call from another IP phone the call forwards as it should. It only fails when the originating caller ID shows as the Unity Port.
