CUCM 10.5.2 - Problem with conference in specific site

Hi Guys, In specific remote site the conference stopped worked. The User A (external) call to site, the User B pickup the call. When User B try extend the conference to User C (internal), the User B and User C hear the audio, but, User A stay in wait music. This problem only occur when the User received the external call, when the conference start of site for external User, the conference worked fine.

Any have idea as solve this?

On User B phone display does it show as "Conference" ? Are you using software conference bridge or hardware ?

Ok, so who is hearing the MOH after conference completion ? Everyone on the conference or User C ?

Only User A hear the wait music, User B and C there are audio normally.

Hi there

Is this SIP. Try enabling MTP required on SIP trunk and see that makes any difference and also share CCM/GW traces.
