Hello ,
I use CUCM 10.5.2 in distar recovery under backup history I get " no history exist" .
I tried restart DRF local and master and wait for another backup but I still get the same error .
I think that the backup is working I just can't see it in history .
Any idea?

hi,
can u run the command in Pub from CLI using
file view install system−history.log and share the output ?
this could be a bug if backups are coming successfully.

I can't post the file (customer decision ) . It seems that all the backups are success .
How can we proceed ?

Try restarting Tomcat service on CUCM Publisher
utils service restart Cisco Tomcat

You can give a try as what suggested by Manish.
I could see some bugs in CUCM 10.x which might not be related to your exact issue but can have a look
