Dear Experts,
Kindly find the below topology with software versions
I have an issue with Jabber phone logging from outside using Cisco Expressway.
The Jabber phone is logging in and authenticate. the user can chat with users.
When the Jabber call other people. It will ring, once we answer the call, there is no audio.
The Internet line is terminiated on the internet router. There is one-to-one nat configured on the router. (internet: 34.44.54.65, Firewall outside: 10.10.10.10)
On the firewall we configure nat between outside and DMZ (Outside:10.10.10.10, DMZ:172.16.1.0)
Exp-E is doing natting. EXP-C is talking to the natted ip configured on the EXP-E.
Any idea about this situation ?
Waiting for your help
Thanks in advance
Anas

99% of the time this is a firewall issue. However can you send us expressway c and e diagnostics logs. Please include tcp dump in the logs. Send in the call details. All the IP address of the device in the call

Is your FW doing SIP inspect (or is it at least SIP aware, when not a Cisco ASA)?

Hi Dennis,
My firewall is ASA. firewall version is 8.2. I disable SIP inspection.
