SRST mode outbound T1 fail, only prefix goes to SRST?

Hi everybody,

I have a problem, on the outbound call during SRST mode with T1.

Here is the background
SRST gateway
- image: c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.154-1.T1
- 4 x FXO (2 x analog circuit is connected to Telco)
- 2 x 2MFT-T1/E1 (all 4 ports are T1, and 2 T1 circuit is connected to Telco)
- IP phone is SCCP phone 7975

dial-peer pots preference are

dial-peer voice 99993 pots
description (T1 #2)
preference 1
destination-pattern 9T
port 0/1/0:23
!
dial-peer voice 99994 pots
description (T1 #2)
preference 2
destination-pattern 9T
port 0/2/0:23
!
dial-peer voice 99991 pots
description (Analog #1)
preference 3
destination-pattern 9T
port 0/0/0
!
dial-peer voice 99992 pots
description (Analog #2)
preference 4
destination-pattern 9T
port 0/0/1

and SRST configure

call-manager-fallback
secondary-dialtone 9
max-conferences 8 gain -6
transfer-system full-consult
timeouts interdigit 5
ip source-address 10.10.10.3 port 2000
max-ephones 50
max-dn 50
system message primary SRST fallback
keepalive 20

When in normal status (Connected with CUCM), all inbound and outbound calls are working great.
(outbound pots sequence are tested and worked correctly)

When in SRST mode, all inbound calls are OK, except the outbound call

1. if make an outbound call by using IP phone, the T1 seems not work.
- then tried the "csim start <phone_number>" in SRST gateway, the outbound call be made
e.g. csim start 911112222, outbound is ok
- if turned on the debug voice ccapi inout, we found that the IP phone seem pass the prefix to VG only
e.g. if dial 911112222 on IP phone, the SRST VG only see the "dest=9", and then pass the 9 to T1 circuit

2. if unplug all T1 circuit phycially, outbound call can be made via the Analog circuit

Anybody know what mistake do I met? or any missing?

Thanks in advance

Sam

Can you include these logs.

also If you create a specific dial-peer for instance:

ial-peer voice 99993 pots
description (T1 #2)
preference 1
destination-pattern  911112222
port 0/1/0:23

does it work?????

personally,   I dont like the 9T "catch all" pattern and prefer to add the national numbering plan of whatever country you are in using various dial-peers.  but that is my preference.

Please remember to rate useful posts, by clicking on the stars below.

Since the issue is only happened during the SRST mode, and the site is in production.

Sorry that I cannot perform a test currently.

However, when using csim start 911112222, the outbound call can be made

And if using the IP phone to dial 911112222, the phone seems only pass the 9 to SRST gateway, all other rest of digits (11112222) doesn't go to SRST gateway.

Attached the log of debug voice ccapi inout
