CUCM 10.5 to 12.5 and simultaneous UCS upgrade.. possible?

Hi Community,

We are planning on updating the CUCM 10.5(2) to 12.5 and also switch our old UCS C210M2 with the UCS C220 M5. What is the most efficient way to achieve this?

A PCD migration

You can use PCD to upgrade and migrate CUCM at the same time. But if that is not possible then you have to Build the Same Version of CUCM on New Server perform and DRS from Production server and then upgrade the new server to latest 12.0. Finally, You can migrate the new server to Production.
