Hi Guys,
We have a solution running in CUCM 12.5 and are the follow demand. We need know if the CUCM generate any report the calls based in mac address about IP Phone (not by Directory Number), because, We have the another devices in the environment (Jabber and Teams).I saw that in Serviceability is possible to generate, but, based in directory number.
Thanks,
Wilson

Hi,
I don't think so. Because CDR means "call detail record". A device type or name is not a call detail perse.
But you see the calling and called devices in "origDeviceName" and "destDeviceName" for example.

Hi b.winter,
Thanks a lot for Your explanation. I have one question, where I found the option "origDeviceName" and "destDeviceName"?
Regards,
Wilson

Those are columns in the CDR file.

Yes, the CDR files do include the MAC that was calling or called. You can either do this through CAR inside of CUCM, or you could get a third party tool like VoIP Detective free call reporting.
If using CAR, go to :
Unified Serviceability -> Tools -> CDR Analysis and Reporting
then:
CDR -> Search -> By User/Phone Number/SIP URL
You'll then need to click on "view" in the CDR - CMR Dump column
