CUCM 12.5 The installation has enountered a serious internal error

Any suggestions on what I can do?

That seems to be a bit of a vague message.

- Is that a Pub or Sub?

- At what point during the install did you get that error?

- Did you run the space cleaning cop file?

- How much max storage does your vdisk drive have?

- Is this an upgrade or fresh install?

That's just a few of many possible questions you'll need to provide answers too before I can maybe assist. Hopefully someone else can chime in at some point.

Adding to @KennethButler24475‘s list:

- Was the VM deployed from the Cisco-provided OVA?

- Is the host running a supported version of VMware ESXi for that version?

- If upgrading, were any settings changes required to the VM? Check the release notes and upgrade guide.

- Does the underpinning compute and storage hardware meet all specs-based requirements? For example, a supported Intel CPU model, not AMD.
