Our CUCM reports a license error "out Of compliance"
Under System => License Management the error is shown under License Type "Essential" but with "Users( 0 ) | Unassigned Devices( 0 )"
The error came with the setup of 6 Cisco ATA 190 devices. First these devices were under Essential license with "Out of Compliance". Then I created a dummy user and assigned the devices to it. Now this user is listed under CUWL license with Device Count 6. And under Essential license there are 0 devices but the error doesn't disappear.
How can I determine the cause of the insufficent licenses?

What if you reconnect CUCM with SSM? Sounds like it might have lost the sync.

I did 2 things:
1) Reboot the SSMS. No change.
2) Deregister and Reregister the SSMS in CUCM License Management. Now all licenses are shown in correct count.
Thank you for help

What smart licensing are you using ?
Do you have available licenses ?

Hello,
The licenses for this system are managed by Smart Software Manager Satellite.
I think there are enough licenses. As I said the 6 ATA devices are assigned to a user that consumes now one of the CUWL licenses.
My question is, how to find out, what devices, users, item ... cause the license problem.
Thanks.

Can you click on updater usage and see if this resolve.

Thanks - I did already click on "Update Usage Details". Multiple times.

What do you see in the on-prem SSM? Is it synced as it should?

Thanks. In On-Premise SSM I did full sync, Multiple times.
But strange - I see in SSMS 11 CUWL and in CUCM 15 CUWL licenses in use. Same with Essential (SSMS = 6, CUCM = 0)
In general there is a different display of used licenses in SSMS and in CUCM - even after sync.

Usage on CUCM is not syncing with SSMS. Can you try restarting the SSM.
