cucm 4.2 Required Authorization

Hi, 

I have call manager 4.2, once i press on any service on phones it shown authorization required "username, password and realm" as attached photo.

in the other side: the event viewer logs messages said:

The server was unable to logon the Windows NT account 'CCMUser' due to the following error: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.  The data is the error code.

How can I solve this issue?

Don't think that CUCM 4.2 supports SIP

I don't talk about CUCM 4.2 supports SIP or not. I have extension mobility was working proberly, but today I faced a big problem. once I try to login on phone by any user it shows the attached pic in previous post after typing the username and password. and when I open Directory its ask me a username, password and realm. I'm confused about this problem.
