CUCM 7.1.3 error : Unable to delete phones

Hello,

The setup includes two servers in cluster : Publisher & Subscriber (CUCM 7.1.3).

All the services are running. Replication is good.

I am unable to delete IP phones in CUCM. Its showing ther error : "One or more record did not get deleted. User defined routine(Licenserequest) execution failed".

The CM has consumed extra 3 units than that has been authorized. There are many phones that are configured but are unregistered. Unable to delete them too.

I have restarted both the servers. Still of no avail.

Any kind of help would be highly appreciated

If replication is good across the cluster ("utils dbreplication runtimestate" on the console, or RTMT are your friends) then I think you're going to need to call Cisco TAC.

Is there any other error while you login via console/webpage ????

Are those servers hard booted or shutdowned im properly ?????

Please try to restrt the licencing service of all the call managers.

Try to delete/add phone while licensing service is off .

If this doesn't work you have to go with the TAC ....

Thanks Gordon & Dhaval.

I had raise a TAC. After checking the logs I had to run the "System recovery cd". But of no avail. So had to rebuild the server.
