Dear All,
Am facing issue with offnet calls not reaching the VM Box. It was working earlier, all of sudden calls are dropped without reaching the VM.
Scenario:
Extn 1234
IP Number: 8881234
In a PSTN Cloud 8881234 is mapped to a DID. Users are calling the DID and call lands at 8881234 and hunted to couple of extns and reaches the VM Box. When i call 8881234 within the Cluster it works. When someone calls from outside the cluster the call drops after hunting.
