Cucm 7.X subnet mask change has no effect

Hi all

The question is about changing CUCM 7.X IP subnet mask.

We are usign thi guide:

After CUCM restart the IP subnet mask remains the same.

Ideas?

Did you tried changing the subnet mask via web-interface or the CLI ?

Also i would like to know are you using Physical Server or VMware based server  , because changing the subnet in case of VMware server would mean changing the License file.

Please find the command below to change subnet via CLI :

set network ip eth0 same-ip new-subnet-mask

I have a physical server.

I have used the same command.
