Hello Team,
does anybody have installed this Upgrade File from CCO yet ?
I´ve got the message "error accessing the upgrade file" either mounting the ISO-File or transferring it with sftp.
(The transfer itself works fine). The File size of the downloaded file is that from CCO
(4.522.868.736 UCSInstall_UCOS_8.5.1.12900-7.sgn.iso), however if I look for the md5
checksum this is different as described on CCO (mine is 3232db479948c65312e278769490a41d
vs. CCO´s md5 is 26289d2f3074a2880aaf4102d8aeadc3)
I did the download twice with the same result, so I ask around, if anybody has been successful with this
File ?
Thx
Alfred

Hi Alfred,
TAC cannot help with this as such (except for republishing), you would need to contact cco support for this.
I manually published the UCSInstall_UCOS_8.5.1.12900-7.sgn.iso for you, maybe that works for you?
Thx,
Bruno

futher information:
the exact error message is:
Status Error encountered: An unknown error occurred while accessing the upgrade file
but looking for previous discussion topics this might be misleading...
best regards,
Alfred

Hi Alfred,
I tested it from my side. I downloaded the copy from CCO and calculated the MD5 on it:
file: UCSInstall_UCOS_8.5.1.12900-7.sgn.iso
md5: 26289d2f3074a2880aaf4102d8aeadc3
I used this tool to calculate the MD5:
http://download.cnet.com/MD5-Checksum-Calculator/3000-2092_4-10964258.html
So I would suspect this is an issue with your connectivity(proxy server?) or client. Could you try from a different browser and/or different internet access?

Thx for your evaluation.
I doublechecked with the md5-Tool you mentioned, same result (my download file has a different checksum than
yours). But I wonder myself, why I am able to extract the ISO-File to a normal file-package. Shouldn´t there
also run of checksum-proof ?
I tried in my office as well as at home, but I will another try will IE instead of mozilla.
best regards
Alfred

Did some more attempts to download the code from my office, with and without Download-Manager,
always got the same but wrong md5 checksum mentioned above.
I will follow on this issue via TAC.

Hi Bruno,
can the MD5 Checksum be dependent on the client OS platform ?
I have Windows XP 2002 Professional SP3 (32 Bit) installed on my client
computer.

Hi Bruno,
the Special-File Access with your mentioned Checksum Verification
program works fine. So I will proceed with this file.
Many Thanks !

Same problem here, downloaded and checked MD5 hash:
3232db479948c65312e278769490a41d
I then ran a different MD5 Checker which gave the correct hash of
26289d2f3074a2880aaf4102d8aeadc3
Poped the file of our SFTP server and it fialed because the MD5 reported to be the wrong hash, I then burnt the ISO to a DVD placed it in the drivre of each of the nodes and all went well.
