Hello All,
We upgraded all our phones to SCCP45.9-2-3S from SCCP45.9-1-1SR2, and now notice that call history doesn not show. When we press directory button and try to veiw placed calls, missed calls, recived calls, we see no entries.
I don't see any error messages displayed on the phone.
If anyone has encountered this issue or has any ideas please let me know.
Thanks,

Thanks VNK but like i stated earlier the file you mentioned (cmterm-7941_7961-sccp.9-3-1SR1-1.cop.sgn
) for my 7941 IPT is only compatible with CUCM 4.x as mentioned in the link i gave above.
Please check again because we have CUCM 8.5

No, VNK is completely right, you need to review what the downloads say.
.EXE were used in Windows releases (4.X)
.COP is what we use in CUCM release 5.X+
That is explained in the link that you posted
He already provided you with all the info you need.

It is very likely that you need to remove and load the ITL file on each phone, Follow below Steps:
in the phone press settings -> Security -> Trust List -> Select ITL File and press **# -> more options -> Erase
The ip phone restarted and you can able to view placed calls, missed calls, received calls
