I've loaded cmterm-8845_65-sip.11-5-1-18.k3.cop.sgn on my pub and all three subs. All succeeded. All have had tftp stopped and restarted. Yet model 8845 and 8865 don't show in Device -> Firmare or in Device Defaults. Nor are they available for Add New Phone dialogue.
I have many other k3.cop.sgn loads working, so that's not the issue.
Ideas?

Hi Mark,
installing firmware would not provide you capability to add phone to CUCM, you would have to install the below device pack to enable those phone model.
https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?i=!y&mdfid=284510097&softwareid=282074299&release=9.1(2.15107)&os=
Release notes for the devicepack lists those model number.

Make sure you install the device pack on all server and to enable the functionality you would have to perform a cluster reboot. otherwise phone would not register.
