Hi,
We found out that CUCM 9.0 is case sensitive for User names when integrated with Active Directory (LDAP) on both /ccmuser and CTI (Jabber for Windows Softphone). Logging into Jabber for Windows for IM is case insensitive (same LDAP integration).
Is this a known bug or a feature we can disable?

Hey Erik,
I think you are running into CSCub77825 CUCM enforcing username case sensitivity for ldap authentication.
This was actually a new feature the BU implemented but due to business preasures they are rolling back the feature under the previous caveat.
