For a CUCM Location that has a full T1, what should the audio bandwidth be set to (no video). 1440?
Thanks

No, it all depends on how much bandwidth is allocated to voice traffic, i.e. LLQ config.
Even if the full T1 is going to be used just for voice you need to convert the number to how CUCM interprets the bandwidth. For example assume you are going to be using G729 codec across the WAN, which yields 32.8 kbps with L2 overhead, so:
1544 kbps / 32.8 kbps = 47 G729 calls
47 calls * 24 kbps (this is what CUCM assumes for G729 call) = 1128
so, you would enter this number in CUCM location bandwidth.
