Hi everyone--got a bit of a strange issue here--upgraded a client from CUCMBE 7.1.5 to 8.5.1 last night. Everything went well except now we can't access any of their phones via the web gui now. Web access is enabled and also http and https enabled. Not sure what else it could be...
Anyone have any ideas?

which phone load is active on the phones?
Did the phone's upgrade to the new firmware?

could you downgrade one phone to be sure that is not a CUCM problem?

Interesting new development actually…the client just did a factory restore on the phone, it went through the routine and after it came back up, he was able to access the web interface…has anyone seen this before?
