If a client uses the built in ACD such as longest-idle will the CDR records give info that could be parsed to give generic reports like longest call waiting or any type of ACD reporting capability.
Long story and only need short answer yes or no so I can go to next step but I figured that I would give it a shot! Next step will be UCCx but I need to find this out first.
