Hi,
I'd like to attempt a bridge upgrade for a CM 4.1(3) cluster (finally finishing at CUCM 8.6) but the customer no longer has the media for the version of Call Manager (service release 3).
Is there anyway of obtaining these installation disks or is the only option to upgrade the customers current version to a 4.1(3) release that still has an available patch available for download?

CUCM 4.1 is already EOS/EOL long back, see the notice here . Therefore, you will have to download files posted on CCO only.
