CUCM call pattern pulse

Hi All,

I have an analog gateway connect to analog line to call to other country.

The pattern is:

When user dial "123", user can hear tone (This is the tone connect to the gateway)

Then user dial "2" mean connect to country A.

Then user dial "567" for the user A directory on country A.

My question is:

Can user map a speed dial key and they can press the key directly, then they can call to country A, user A without dial three pattern?

Thanks All.

Are you using CUCM? If so, starting with 9.x, you can insert a comma in a speed dial number to indicate a pause, so you could make the speed dial 123,2,567. See the following link.
