CUCM corporate directory on IP phone registered via internet using natted IP.

Hi Everyone,

I have CUCM 7.1.5 with cluster of 7 servers and I have integrated Microsoft AD with CUCM ,for corporate directory and other applications,

I have few phones which I have registered via internet using CUCM natted IP , IP phone is registered properly and also I can able to make and receieve calls etc,

But I am not able to see the corporate dirctory option in IP phone and so as use corporate directory on these IP phones.

So what configuration changes I need to do so that I can able to use corporate directory on  IP phone registered via internet using natted IP.Please guide me .

You could override the URL for the Directory Service on the individual devices.

I tried this but still , I cant able to see Corporate directory option in Cisco 7961 IP phone.

Are you seeing anyting under "Directories" or is it just "Corporate Directory" under "Directories" that is missing ?
