HI Community, I run in thiss issue, but BuG Search Tool schows no solution at the moment.
Have anyone heard about an Solution?

Upgrade 78xx ip phone firmware. The upgrade got completed successfully and the phone is working fine. But still the download status is showing as 'Upgrading' on CUCM.
Tried restarting Cisco RIS Data Collector, but still same.
But for other model ip phone the status is showing successful on same CUCM.
Conditions:
Tested on CUCM 9.x and 10.x
Workaround:
N/A

The bug is still in Open state. There is no firmware or workaround available at the moment to fix this issue.

Hi Manish, thanks a lot for your effort. Have this state " Still Upgrading" some impact for the User (useability) ?

Hi Armin,
As per the bug details the phone continues to work fine. So there will be no visible impact to the user.

Hello, I had contact to Cisco TAC. It is solve in 10.3.1. But no delivery date. I am still in contact to get timeline.
