I was wondering if in CUCM there is an easy way to generate an email alert when for example someone dials 911 or an international number?
For 911 it would be particularly nice to notify reception and other staff.

No, but there are third party solutions that can do this, for example SingleWire CallAware.

I am looking for something simple and preferably without added cost..
Is there an SNMP Trap on the CUCM or on the call routers?

I am not aware of any native way, not I cannot think of a way via SNMP as I dont think there would be MIBs for such a thing. Your only other option would be to develop a TCL script and run all calls through this application on your H323/SIP GW. Sorry, I wich there was an easier way :-( Perhaps others may know more.

Syn-Apps also has a great solution as well. I believe that it is called Call-Alert. The cost is very inexpensive as well.
