hi all,
I have a requirement to grant simple access to Helpdesk, in order for them to view/add/edit/delete phones and users only on the CUCM.
They are not allowed make any other changes other than
Device-->Phones
User Management --> End Users
As they are not CUCM trained. They are just helpdesk aiding the company to make simple changes to change users names, provision phones.
Appreciate any advise

Step 1: Go to user management and go to application user (help desk user).
Step 2: Add new and give password and confirm password.
Step 3: go to "permission information" and add this user to "Standard CCM read only" and test it.

Create a user group and assign below rules
Standard CCM feature Management
Standard CCM Phone Management
Standard CCM User Management
Standard CCMUser Administration
Once you select it will have option for read and write. Select appropriately.

I want to give my Helpdesk agent only VM PIN reset access nothing else using prime provisioning. How do I achieve that?
