CUCM IM and Presence Service v9.1 media

Hi Team,.

Can you please assist me to have the latest version of the CUCM IM and Presence Service (v9.1) shipped to me on physical media for first time installation?

When I go to PUT tool it only ask me for the upgrade but I need it for the first time installation , what is the process for that

Media from PUT is bootable, so that will let you install the application for the first time.

Hi,

Can you please let me know if IM & Presence is included with Cisco Unified Workspace Licensing (CUWL) or do they have to buy UCSS for IM & Presence service 9.1 separately ?

When I go to PUT tool with their contract#, it doesn't give me an option for IM & Presence service 9.1.

It is included, pehaps the UCSS was not properly registered.
