CUCM integration with Motorola Tetra Radio over QSIG via MGCP

Hi,

Am integrating Cisco CUCM 12.5 with Radio from Motorola over MGCP gateway and I am getting the below error message for incoming calls [from Radio to Cisco IP phones] whereas the outgoing call from Cisco IP phone to Radio is working fine.

Calling number - 400422 (Radio)

Called Number - 638760 (Cisco IP Phone)

They are calling as 638760 from Radio and there is a media converter which appends 14638760 to it.

We are receiving the below debug isdn q931 output in Voice Gateway

Cause i = 0x80AC - Requested circuit/channel not available

Below is the output for debug isdn q921

Oct 24 12:20:30.796: ISDN Se0/1/0:15 Q921: Net TX -> RRp sapi=0 tei=0 nr=33

Oct 24 12:20:30.806: ISDN Se0/1/0:15 Q921: Net RX <- RRf sapi=0 tei=0 nr=33

I tried changing the order top down and bottom up, but it didn't help me.

Thanks,

Thirruselvaa

whats the status of ISDN is it MULTIPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED

Response Signature

Hi,

Make sure that ISDN status is multiple_frame_established. Also, make sure
that ISDN channel order selection matches with PSTN provider.

**** please remember to rate useful posts

Hi,

This is not from PSTN.. It is a QSIG integration between Motorola Radio and Cisco IP Telephony. The status of ISDN is MULTIPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED.

I am able to perform calls from Cisco IP Phone to Radio and it is working fine.

The calls from Radio to Cisco IP phone is not working

Below is the status of ISDN Q931,

How many channels been configured on both devices. The call is landing  on 31st channel asper your first post.

Response Signature

Yes correct. There are 30 channels configured.

Thanks,

what Router model is this ?

Does the router has sufficient DSP for 30 channels.

Hi,

This is Cisco Analog VG 450. As VG FXS modules does have its own DSP, we are using T1/E1 module in Analog VG which has PVDM4-256 already.

As the call from Cisco to Radio is already working and only the issue is from Radio to Cisco IP phones, with error message, Cause i = 0x80AC - Requested circuit/channel not available not sure where the issue is now.

Thanks,

Thirruselvaa

Are u able to see all serial ports ?
