There are lots of docs. out there however configure CUCM as QSIG ISO but the more important thing is on the Nortel side. in LD 16? Route Block change the setting from ESN? to STD i.e you do not want the Nortel to send the NCOS value as part of the digits otherhwise CUCM will see it as a dial number and fail the call. Do a q931 debug and up will see in the normal set up something like 0051234 - 005 the NCOS value and 1234- DN once you set it to STD only the DN is seen, Also set the CUCM as NONCRC4- help it helps

Hi Siva,
Just to add a note to the good tips from IPT (+5 IPT - I wish I had your name :)
The concepts are laid out pretty well in this doc;
Nortel Meridian 1 Release 25.40B using E1 QSIG to Cisco Unified CallManager 4.1
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/pbx/interop/notes/431470nt.pdf
Hope this helps!

The STD part is in LD 16 RDB under SIGO-make it STD
