Hi Deepesh,
Seeing the output, it seems that Publisher logical connection is Dropped.
Can u try command from Subscriber utils dbreplication stop all on both subscribers? Wait for it to finish and then move to next node.
utils replication dropadmindb on all servers. Wait for it to finish and then, move to next node.
after that run the command utils dbreplication reset all on Pub.
After the same is done , run utilsdbreplication runtimestate to check status which could take time say for an hour.
Any change which u did in Publisher like changing DNS, hostname .

Your publisher's database isn't running! That's what's causing all the problems.
On the console, try:
utils service start A Cisco DB

I have already tried it its show :
admin:utils service start A Cisco DB
Service Manager is running
Component is not running
A Cisco DB[NOTRUNNING]

In which case your Publisher's database is failing to start. I suggest a call to TAC.
