CUCM Need to Upgrade 8.6.2.21900-5 to CUCM 9.X

Dear All

i am planning to upgrade our Call Manager from Version

8.6.2.21900-5 to CUCM 9.X below is my hardware detail. i would like to know it is possible to upgrade by using same hardware as below

MCS-7835-H2 is only supported for bridge upgrade...

MCS-7835-H2 is only supported for bridge upgrade...
