CUCM Personal Directory

Has anyone ever seen where after the user logs into their Personal Directory, they have to login each time, and if so, what did you do to fix it? I've always had it save your login unless the phone was reset.

Hi Bryan,

   Can you please try the following workaround

1.Setup EMCC for the user

2.Setup PD as service for the user

3.Have the user login via EMCC on any Phone that they go to

4.User can access PD via the services button w/o logging in

This is documented in cisco BUG ID CSCth75231
