Hello, I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to connect or query to the Emergency Responder database with a phone MAC address finding the ERL it's associated to?
We have a customer that has Cisco 8811 phone and when connected to CUCM, it does a PLAR when going off hook and dials the PLAR extension. Is there a way to configure PLAR for the same 8811 SIP phone when in SRST?
