Can i please be directed of how to get reports from CUCM 10.5.
i am asked to provide the report of an external number,
who called this number xxxxxx and from which extension ?
please advise,

For this cdr flag service parameter should be set to true..if it is not set then you can't get this detail. If it is already true then browse HTTP://<cucm pub ip>/car
Hope services related to cdr are up in cucm.

Hi Erin,
In addition to the nice info provided by Suresh, please use the following doc to enable CDR reporting on your cucm

If it was not already enabled then you will not be able to get the reports , CDR's will be logged only when cucm is configured as per the above doc.

Hi All,
managed to get the answer(just that it may help some)
ssh >
admin: run sql car select callingpartynumber,originalcalledpartynumber,datetimeorigination from tbl_billing_data
get the report from putty logs and manipulate the output by excel(delimited).
