Hello,
So under the SIP trunk configuration - Call Routing Information - In CUCM, the "Remote-Party-Id" and "Asserted-Identity" check boxes are both checked and the "Asserted-Type" is set to "Default".
However after looking thru enterprise parameters and service parameters I can find what CUCM is using as the Default when this is set to Default.
Can someone please let me know what CUCM is set to use for default when "Asserted-Type" is set to default?
thanks

From experience, cucm will only use the Remote-Parti-ID, with this settings. The asserted-identity and asserted-type are not used

Thanks for the reply
Below is Cisco's recommended CUCM setting on the SIP trunk if you want to use p-asserted-identity. Under the Asserted-Type you have the choice of PAI, PPI, and Default. Do you know what CUCM uses if you select "Default" for asserted-type?
