Hi everyone,
I tried to match busy greetings that I've recorded but I've always matched the standard one.
After I launched RTMT, I saw that for CFA, CFNA & CFB I always matched FwdNoAnswerd as reason.
How can I fix this ?

Can you check if the DN for which you are testing does not have any other shared instance. If yes, then you will need to adjust the busy Trigger on all the other shared DNs as well.

Hi there,
- Is this a SCCP or SIP integration?
- does the DN you are testing with have a Busy Trigger of 1?
- is the Busy greeting set as active?

First of all, thank you for responding.
It is a SIP integration
I set the Busy Trigger (and Multiple Call) to 1.
I CUC, busy greeting is set as active.
