I have a customer with the following issue:
Since we upgraded the CUCM from 8.6.2.21900-5 To 8.6.2.23900-10 Users cannot "reset" or "apply config" after saving changes to extension details. A popup comes back saying "User is not authorised to perform this function"
In fact the changes are applied okay but the initial error is very misleading:
No changes were made to user roles or permissions before or after the upgrade.
Has anyone else seen this behaviour?

Reset/Apply not working for CCMAdmin with custom roles
Symptom:
Assigning custom roles to end/application user does not allow to use the Reset/Apply buttons
Hitting save, shows that the update was successful
Conditions:
CUCM 8.6.2.23068-1 or higher
User created Roles
Standard (Built-in) roles should work fine.
Workaround:
Add read/update privileges for the "Voice Mail Pilot web pages" resource to the custom role

Thanks to all who replied in relation to this bug. I applied the workaround and that resolved the problem.
