CUCM version 8.6.2, 6921 ip phone is rejected when firmware is upgraded

 hello

like title, if i upgrade ip phone 9-4 firmware version,

the phone gone to reject status

so i restore firmware version 9-3-1 then, the phone registered

These symptoms only occur on the 6921 model. 7911, 7962, 7975 is fine

help me plz

rather then from going from 9.3 to 9.4, in 1 go,  do it in steps,  I have found some time this works, I know this is somewhat tedious, but in the past found this the only solution sometime.

you can try a single phone by hard setting the LOAd in the phones configuration pages and leaving the device default the same (9.3.1) until tested successfully.

so i tried sccp.9-3-3-2-sr1

sccp.9-4-1-3

SCCP-9-4-1-3SR2

but all next version does not work.

Won-kyo,

are you saying you have them on SCCP-9-4-1-3SR2 and then the next version fails?

and you are sure you are running them on SCCP not SIP?

i am running on SCCP not SIP

current my version 9-3-1-3

but The next version, 9-3-3-2-sr1, will also be in the Reject state.

Other versions sccp.9-4-1-3 and sccp.9-4-1-3SR2 are also in the same REJECT state.

I'm wondering if you can not solve it.
Did I miss something else?

Dear all,

I've extactly the same issue with cucm 8.5.1.10000-26 and 8.6.2.22900-9.

I tried to upgrade firmware SCCP69xx.9-3-1-3 to a higher version but it's not working.

I tried to upgrade to SCCP69xx.9-3-3-2, SCCP69xx.9-4-1-3 and SCCP69xx.9-4-1-3SR1 but the result is the same. Phone rejected on CUCM, i don't undrestand why...
