CUCME 8.6 Personal Directory

Hi,

I have a phone user at one of our sites that wants to store names and 10 digit numbers on his phone. I have tried to do this by adding fast-dial configurations in the ephone section. This works but he doesnt appear to be able to edit the names/numbers when required. As I am based at a different site and I do not use the Cisco CUCME, I am finding it difficult to talk him through doing this.

Can anyone help??

Setup a CIPC for you to see how it is done, then guide your customer.

Thank,I installed CIPC and was able to guide the customer. If anyone is interested, the option to edit the Personal Directory was within the Services options.
