Hello,

I have installed CME 12.0 on CISCO 2911 with CUE module, all the SIP phones are registering properly and working fine. The CUE module is also configured and working fine with the voice mailboxes. I have also configured the Auto Attendant with 7001 Number. When I am dialing 7001 the AA service responds and ask me to dial 0 for operator when I am dialing 0 it doesn't responds, I mean pressing 0 or any other number like 1 to transfer extension does not give me a beep tone as well.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,

Also apply the dtmf-relay rtp-nte to your voice register pools too.

Its a  DTMF issues. Check if you have DTMP-relay configured on dial-peers.

Hello Nitin,

dial-peer voice 7001 voip

destination-pattern 7001
session protocol sipv2
session target ipv4:192.168.200.2
dtmf-relay sip-notify

!
dial-peer voice 7002 voip

destination-pattern 7002
session protocol sipv2

Use dtmf-relay rtp-nte instead of dtmf-relay sip-notify.

Hello,

Try setting the dtmf-relay setting to rtp-nte instead of sip-notify.

There are quite a number of similar posts on the community over the years where this ended up being the fix for them.

The other thing you can try is adding the rtp-nte in addition to sip-notify. It might be better to just pick one though!
