CUE External VM access

Hi Guys,

I am trying to setup external voicemail access to CUE using one of the PSTN numbers. I have tried different things and currently have a translation rule to match my designated pstn number and replace it with the pilot number. However this is still not working. If i try and test the rule i get a message saying 'rule not defined' but if i do a sh translation-rule X number matched=digits telco is presenting and replaced=my vm pilot number.

Any ideas where i might be going wrong on this ?

Can you show me your dial-peers for the designated PSTN number and the Voicemail Pilot?
