I have installed a CUE module operating in Call Manager mode.

The license for the ports is now like this ..

StoreIndex:  0  Feature: VMIVR-PORT                        Version: 1.0

        License Type: Permanent

        License State: Inactive

        License Count: 2 / 0

        License Priority: Medium

License Store: Primary License Storage

StoreIndex:  1  Feature: VMIVR-VM-MBX                      Version: 1.0

        License Type: Permanent

        License State: Active, In Use

        License Count: 25 /25

        License Priority: Medium

License Store: Primary License Storage

StoreIndex:  2  Feature: VMIVR-PORT                        Version: 1.0

        License Type: Permanent

        License State: Active, Not in Use

        License Count: 4 / 0

        License Priority: Medium

Is it possible to activate all 6 voice ports ??

Currently no ports are working !!

sho license in-use

It would appear when I try to activate the 2 port spare license I de-activate the 4 port license.

Its all very strange - I have the four port working now - so I am happy enough.

Thanks Rob

James

Hey James,

This seems to be a common issue;

https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3060702#3060702

I would reach out to;

licensing@cisco.com

to see if they can't provide a proper "single" license

Cheers!
