cue script

                   Hi, I'ver a problem with a autoattendanto script.

I've a cisco unity express 8.6.3 and I'd like setting up an autoattendant.

?ive configured a num-exp that send all incoming calls to a autoattendanto number (499)

Now I've a problem to configure a correct script:

I want this sequence:

The call arrive into CUE express and  if is not holyday or business Closed The call will be directed to one extension.Can Eachone help me   with a simple script?

The sample AA scripts that come with CUE can do that. All you need to do is define the holidays and schedules and setup parameters to send the call to desired extension.

To default In  my cue express I've two scripts:

ONe called  aa.aef, and the second called

in any cases either doesn't works.

I want to have this sequence:

For incoming call all calls are diverted to autoattendant (number 499)

and then   the script must be verifying if is an holidays. If yes it must be play the holidays.wav, and then close the calls if not it must be verify if is a business hours: if yes it will be divert the calls to extension 195; if not it must be play the closehours.wav and then wil close the calls.

I'm  in difficulty to create it. can you help me?

I've installed your script,

It's works fine but I've one question for you.

When the incoming call arrive  it it's redirected to autoattendant nomber, and the wlecome message it's palyed.

It's possible to remove it?

Record an empy prompt, and use it for that.

Hi Paolo, now the welcome message it's ok but I'not able to change the other prompts.

For example I need to change the  AABusinessClosed message.

Fot that I've created another prompt with my message and I've renamed it in AAbusinessClosed.wav mesage and I've ugraded the cue.

But  when I'call the autoattendant message the cue play the originale message.

Can you halp me?
