Implenting a cucm7.1.5 solution with Cisco unified enterprise attendant console 8.5, during business hours if reception is logging out then calls are not going any where , it still rings on with calling disaly shows the CTI gateway number, i have configured emergency, overflow night service numbers in the server side but need to sent the call to a physical phone when reception logout during Business hours,how to accomplish this with CUEAC ?
My call flow is GW--> Att_Pilot#

I figured it out , under qeue management in the CUBAC/CUEAC server there is an option for " No Operator overflow" this is need to be checked and and when the operator is not logged in the calls will forward to this specific number mentioned in the overflow

My problem ended up being that I was trying to send the call to an Unregistered endpoint. I assumed that I would get a busy sigal but that was not the case. After the endpoint was registered it worked ok.
